Somatic Sketches
Somatic Sketches is a set of short films made during the prolonged solitude of the pandemic. During that time, listening became a state of being, and these films arose from what was ambient. They emerged through attention rather than intention.
The works play with the liminal, the unraveling, and the openness that appears when familiar
structures begin to loosen. They linger at the edge of what can be defined, reaching toward something new, felt, and deeply alive.
